Join us for a special November Safety Forum as we are joined by Rodney Lee from General Motors to give his "Son Come Home... A Unique Perspective on Safety Culture" presentation.
This presentation was born from a series of safety messages Rodney developed to inspire a more engaged and compassionate safety culture—one that encourages openness, honesty, and genuine care across all levels of the workforce.
These messages have not only influenced others but fundamentally reshaped Rodney's approach to safety management. They draw from Rodney's personal journey: growing up in a values-driven household, serving as a paramedic, teaching martial arts, and working across diverse industries. Each experience has shaped how he views safety—not just as a protocol, but as a human responsibility.
