We will have two speakers for our November Safety Forum!
Our first speaker will be Kevin Colton, HB Next, who will share important information on "3 Steps to Mastering Driver Safety." You will learn vital information that you will be able to pass on to those on your team.
Following Kevin, we will be joined by Rob McKinney, Salus and Mindset Performance Coach for My Steady Mind, who will share information on how we can develop a PPM (Personal Protective Mindset). Rob believes in the potential of how cognitive fitness training can reduce anxiety, anger, and stress while at the same time improving safety performance.
In this presentation, you will learn about how the practice of mental fitness can make an impact on your organization and create a safer workplace. Rob McKinney will explore the use case for new apps to help teach workers new skills such as meditation, breath work and journaling such for improving mental fitness.
