Join us on August 19 for our Workforce Development Industry Trends Lunch titled, "How Do You Get Them — and How Do You Keep Them?"
Skilled talent is in high demand — but how do construction companies actually find the right people, and more importantly, keep them?
Join us for a dynamic panel discussion as we dig into the full workforce development pipeline:
Our expert panel brings together Human Resources leaders from leading General Contractors, a Specialty Contractor, and the president of the ABC student chapter at Kennesaw State University. Together, they'll share insights from both ends of the pipeline — from recruitment to retention.
Whether you're a business leader, project manager, or HR professional, you'll walk away with actionable strategies and a better understanding of the workforce challenges (and opportunities) ahead.
