This is the nomination/registration form for the ABC of Georgia 2025 Future Leaders Program. Through monthly leadership classes and peer interaction, the Future Leaders program helps to develop your employees in the areas of leadership, communication, team building, decision-making, conflict resolution, people skills, and other key competencies. This program also serves as a catalyst for future leaders to make connections with other rising leaders in the construction industry. The cost for the program is $1350/future leader. This comes out to $150/session.
Space is limited to ensure a positive and impactful learning environment. The deadline to apply is Tuesday, February 14.

Shawntà Hooks (Mindful Culture Creators)
Shawntà Hooks is a Belonging and Culture Expert blending mindfulness and leadership development to inspire courage, confidence, and connection. With over 20 years of experience, she helps leaders and organizations overcome challenges like burnout, imposter syndrome, and lack of belonging. Through her unique approach, Shawntà fosters inclusive, engaged workplaces where individuals embrace their authenticity and work with purpose.
Holly Moore (HOLLIS STRATEGIES)
Holly is an accomplished senior executive with more than twenty-five years of diverse leadership experience in a publicly traded company as well as both large and start-up non-profit organizations. She is the President of Hollis Strategies where she collaborates with individuals and organizations to help them unlock the full potential of their teams and increase their capacity. Holly has spoken to audiences throughout the United States as well in Egypt, Brazil, Zambia, Mexico, Costa Rica and Singapore.
Dr. Tony Burks II (LEADright)
Dr. Burks is the Chief Learning Officer of LEADright and Vice-Chair of the Human Relations Commission for the City of Atlanta. A three-time Fulbrighter, he was Superintendent-in-Residence with the National Center for Urban School Transformation and founding principal of North Carolina’s first early college high school. Dr. Burks has written and contributed to works including "Bought Wisdom."
Jack Williams (IDEALS)
Jack formed the IDEALS foundation in 1993 to serve students in the areas of leadership, role modeling, and life skills training. Jack brings his experience as an Assistant Football Coach for Georgia Tech for 7 years and his time serving as SVP at a Fortune 500 company to make his classes interactive and applicable to life.
