A Performer/A Environment Presentation Description
Relative to our historical educational grading scale of A, B, C, D, and F, Farrell Middleton’s “A Performer/A Environment” presentation is brief engagement in which Farrell explores several traits of A, B, and C Performers and several components of A, B, and C Environments. The goal is for each participant to gain personal and professional perspectives on areas in which they are successful, and to identify areas that could use some attention for improvement. It is an engaging event in which audience participation is encouraged during the presentation and in the Q and A session that follows.
Speaker Bio
Farrell Middleton is the Founder of the Bell Curve of Life. His mission and focus to add value by promoting positive changes for individuals and organizations. The goal is to help people become A level performers and to help business owners and leaders create A level environments. If both can be achieved, success will follow, and failure will be rare. This is accomplished by focusing on positive attitudes, leadership and management directives, strong communication skills, and enhanced team dynamics. He is the author of “A Performer/A Environment – A Roadmap to Enhance Your Performance and Upgrade Your Environment.
