Join the ABC Young Professionals (YoPros) as we visit the Swinerton East Cobb Walk project on Wednesday, May 8th from 11:30 AM - 1 PM. This will be a great opportunity to network with other ABC YoPros as we visit an active jobsite for a few hours of education. Lunch is provided with your registration.
Job Description
East Cobb Walk is a wood-framed, senior-living multi-family project near downtown Marietta that will consist of 132 market-rate units, expansive amenities, and commercial/retail space. The 17+ acre site will also be the future home to over 100+ townhouses. The construction schedule for the 3-story building is broken up into 4 different phases, resulting in a large range of activities that will be ongoing at the time of the jobsite tour, including MEP rough-in, insulation, hanging/finishing drywall, interior paint, DFH & trim, gypcrete, balcony railings, inspections, and exterior finishes.
Everyone is required to supply their own PPE (Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, Safety Vest, Boots [not tennis shoes but doesn't have to be steel-toed boots]).
