This is the nomination/registration form for the ABC of Georgia 2026 Future Leaders Program. Through monthly leadership classes and peer interaction, the Future Leaders program helps to develop your employees in the areas of leadership, communication, team building, decision-making, conflict resolution, people skills, and other key competencies. This program also serves as a catalyst for future leaders to make connections with other rising leaders in the construction industry. The cost for the program is $1375/future leader. This comes out to $153/session.

Additional Program Information:

• **NEW in 2026** We are proud to partner with the UGA Fanning Institute for Leadership Development, which will lead 3 of our Future Leader Sessions in '26.
• Companies may nominate more than one employee.
• Companies will be notified of acceptances into the program beginning in January. 
• ABC of Georgia will host a Happy Hour Kickoff on Tuesday, March 3rd, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Mentors are invited to this event! This event will be hosted at the ABC of Georgia Office. 
• 2026 will feature networking opportunities for the future leaders (class graduation event and an additional required networking event)
• Classes take place on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from March to November. Classes are hosted at the ABC of GA office (8975 Roswell Road) from 9 AM - 11:30 AM.
• All Future Leaders will be asked to designate a mentor. Mentors are a vital part of this program to ensure future leaders are applying what they are learning. 
•  We will work with you to switch your future leader nomination should your nomination's situation change. You will be refunded the registration fee should your nomination not be accepted into the program.

Meet the Instructors:

Brendan Leahy, Ed. D. (UGA Fanning Institute for Leadership Development)

Brendan focuses on community leadership programs and specializes in instructional design, applied research, and leadership assessments, including tools like Emergenetics©. He contributes to numerous Fanning Institute initiatives involving youth and community leadership, facilitation, and strategic planning. Before joining the Fanning Institute, he led Leadership Plus and Associates and served as UGA’s coordinator for the U.S. Department of Education’s SciTrain University initiative, also working with the Georgia Department of Education and other educational organizations. 

Holly Moore (HOLLIS STRATEGIES)

Holly is an accomplished senior executive with more than twenty-five years of diverse leadership experience in a publicly traded company as well as both large and start-up non-profit organizations. She is the President of Hollis Strategies where she collaborates with individuals and organizations to help them unlock the full potential of their teams and increase their capacity. Holly has spoken to audiences throughout the United States as well in Egypt, Brazil, Zambia, Mexico, Costa Rica and Singapore. 

Jack Williams (IDEALS)

Jack formed the IDEALS foundation in 1993 to serve students in the areas of leadership, role modeling, and life skills training. Jack brings his experience as an Assistant Football Coach for Georgia Tech for 7 years and his time serving as SVP at a Fortune 500 company to make his classes interactive and applicable to life.
