This session discusses the role and importance of quality in each phase of the construction process from project development to project closeout. Also, this session will provide a perspective for each partner within a project to understand the QA and QC processes that can help create a successful project. An interactive team activity with other class participants is performed to help each participant understand how the QA and QC processes can be included in a project.
