Description

Mobilizing a jobsite involves specific tasks that must be completed before the first shovel of dirt is moved. This class explains the steps involved in mobilization. An understanding of what must be accomplished during the mobilization phase helps ensure that every new job begins with the necessary compliance and safety measures in place and good communication established between all parties, helping to prevent delays, fines, injuries and other issues. Students will learn the steps that must be taken before construction can begin, including permitting, licensing, safety and environmental compliance, insurance, logistics and quality control. This class also explains the importance of thorough documentation throughout a construction project.
