This is the nomination/registration form for the ABC of Georgia 2024 Future Leaders Program. Through monthly leadership classes and peer interaction, the Future Leaders program helps to develop your employees in the areas of leadership, communication, team building, decision-making, conflict resolution, people skills, and other key competencies. This program also serves as a catalyst for future leaders to make connections with other rising leaders in the construction industry. Cost for the program is $1250/future leader. This comes out to less than $140/session. 

Space is limited to 56 students to ensure a positive and impactful learning environment. The deadline to apply has been extended to Thursday, February 29.

Additional Program Information:

• Companies may nominate more than one employee.
• Companies will be notified of acceptances into the program beginning in January. 
• ABC of Georgia will host a Happy Hour Kickoff on Tuesday, March 5th from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Mentors are invited to this event! This event will be hosted at the ABC of Georgia Office. 
• 2024 will feature networking opportunities for the future leaders (class graduation event and additional required networking event)
• Classes generally take place the 2nd Tuesday of each month from March- November (except where otherwise noted). Classes are hosted at the ABC of GA office (8975 Roswell Road) from 9 AM - 11:30 AM.
• All Future Leaders will be asked to designate a mentor. Mentors are a vital part of this program to ensure future leaders are applying what they are learning. 
• Due to the nature of this program, refunds will only be allowed up to 30 days before the start of the program (you must email Austin Seamster, austin@abcga.org, to initiate the process). The deadline for a refund is February 12. We will work with you to switch your future leader nomination should your nomination's situation change. You will be refunded the registration fee should your nomination not be accepted into the program.
