Summer days are endless and fun.
Winter often brings stress and frenzy with holiday planning and less and less daylight sun.
Fall is football, sweaters, and pumpkin spice, but there is more to the season that we should focus on getting done:
An inner "harvest".
The fall offers us the breather we need to find our center of balance and ground ourselves. Reevaluate. Reset. Refresh.
Just as trees give up their leaves, we too should give up habits, practices and relationships that no longer serve us.
Joining us will be Stephanie Clement, founder of Stillness Yoga & Meditation Center in Marietta, a Certified Meditation and Yoga Instructor. Stephanie specializes in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga for individuals, groups, corporate settings and retreats. She is also a certified, nature-connection specialist helping those to connect more deeply with nature and their sense of well-being. We will gather outside, along the Chattahoochee River, for an event focused on our mental well-being and preparing ourselves for the next "season" and year.
Come experience and share what thousand of others have learned from Stephanie over her 18 years of teaching that the "key to a sense of wholeness and fulfillment, depends not on the external circumstances of our lives, but on the state of our mind and the quality of our consciousness"--"In the Stillness"
