2024 Quality Control (Construction Academy)

Description

This session discusses the role and importance of quality in each phase of the construction process from project development to project closeout. Also, this session will provide a perspective for each partner within a project to understand the QA and QC processes that can help create a successful project. An interactive team activity with other class participants is performed to help each participant understand how the QA and QC processes can be included in a project. 

Following the class participants will be able to:

  • Understand the diļ¬€erence between Quality Assurance and Quality Control
  • Understand how quality impacts a construction project

This class provides a broad overview of the topic and is best suited for new hires and those new to the industry to help bridge the gap between theory and job site reality.
