2024 Construction Academy

Description

This program was developed by ABC's Education Committee to help recent graduates and new hires bridge the gap between textbook theory and job site reality. 

GCs, subs, suppliers and others who are new to the construction industry or those with changing roles will benefit greatly from this program.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from industry leaders from ABC of Georgia Member companies. Instructors for the program represent the following companies: Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Winter Construction Company, Alpha Insulation and Waterproofing, Clark Construction, Sluss+Padgett, Fortune-Johnson, Balfour Beatty, and Juneau. 


Attend in-person or virtually (MUST BE IN PERSON FOR SAFETY & QUALITY CONTROL)! Each session is recorded so if you can't make a live session, you will have access to the session slides and recording. 


Classes are held at the ABC of Georgia Office (8975 Roswell Road, Atlanta, GA 30350) on the last Wednesday of the month (except for the month of May). Class runs from 9 AM - 12 PM. 


Register multiple attendees from your company and receive $100 off each registration. 


Due to the nature of the program, refunds are only available up to 14 days before the program start date. The refund deadline is March 13, 2024. You must email Austin Seamster (austin@abcga.org) to request a refund. We will work with you to switch participants if the need arises.
