2025 ABC Industry Trends Luncheon

Join ABC of Georgia for our Annual Industry Trends Luncheon on Tuesday, April 15. Joining us for the luncheon will be a panel of Construction technology experts who will discuss the top technology trends in construction and how to best implement them to keep you ahead of the competition. In addition to the panel discussion, each attendee will receive a handout from ABC National covering top tech trends.

As you will see below, we have assembled a great panel where you will hear from both a General Contractor and Specialty Contractor voice of how they are staying up to date on tech trends in the industry. 

Event Panelists 

Matt Abeles (ABC National, VP of Construction Technologies and Innovation)

In his role with ABC National, Matt is responsible for educating, and innovating ABC members nationally through multiple mediums. Abeles has advised and raised capital for many construction technology companies, as well as positioned himself as an industry leader in the technology construction field. He co-founded BuiltWorlds in 2014, a media company and digital network for construction, real estate, finance and development leaders, which hosts global events and produces industry research.


Todd Barrett (Corporate VDC Director, Choate Construction)

Leading Choate’s VirtualWorks department, Todd spearheads the understanding and utilization of today’s most advanced technological VDC and BIM tools in the AEC industry.

Raghu Kutty (Chief Technology Officer, Power Design)

Since 2010, Raghu's unwavering dedication has centered around leveraging technology to solve complex construction challenges. His visionary approach and deep understanding of the industry enable him to identify and implement cutting-edge technologies that optimize efficiency, streamline operations, and drive remarkable outcomes. With a keen focus on technology infrastructure and data integrity, Raghu continuously spearheads innovative solutions that have earned Power Design national recognition and numerous awards.


Event Moderator 

Neil Wilcove (Miller & Martin)

Neil Wilcove is a commercial litigator focusing on the construction industry in all aspects of construction disputes. Representing contractors, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers and material suppliers, he handles such matters as payment disputes and delay claims, as well as construction and design defect cases. Neil is active at ABC of Georgia leading the Business Over Breakfast series and serving as the co-host for the Building Leader's Radio Hour podcast.
